I found this book brutally uninteresting. The characters were boring. No characterization or depth of supporting characters Rita, Amari, and Pedro, which made them interchangeable in my head. The MC Abby is young/naive, the typical character in a horror movie that opens the door when they shouldn't open the door. The book is choppy, timeline is jumping all over the place with switching POVs, which we're not necessary.
Ending was annoying and didn't end fast enough. The "twist" was so unbelievable that I didn't even care.
