Look, I know many people hate this book. I understand why many people hate this book. You're totally valid. I, however, am not one of you. I have read Moby Dick before and I will read Moby Dick again and love it every time... because quite honestly, if your novel doesn't have gratuitous descriptions of whales, I'm probably not interested.
