This is a fantastic book for someone trying to get a team to focus on improving their performance amidst the constant whirlwind of daily work. Born from years of consultation, the Covey group put together their experience and this book is the result. I have started putting it into practice in my company and we have seen results. Practical advice and tools accompany every step of the way. If you are a leader in a company, I highly recommend reading and rereading this book.
