The third entry in the Green Creek story is, so far, my favorite. Klune sweeps the rug out from under his readers with a unique entry into the series. Robbie’s whole arc is heartbreaking yet satisfying. I can’t spoil anything without revealing a big twist, but instead I’ll just point out the one thing I didn’t like. Some of team human’s humor still felt like it was at a bad time, but Klune puts some of it in a good light.

By having two of team human become wolves after Robbie’s attack, it feels like they’re trying to reach out to him instead of feeling like humorous filler.

Overall, a wonderful read, and I can’t wait to finish the series.
