Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling

5.0

My whole review here: https://inkishkingdoms.wordpress.com/2017/04/19/when-in-doubt-go-to-the-library-―-j-k-rowling-harry-potter-and-the-chamber-of-secrets

So, these triplet of heroes or nosy kids have become amazingly famous for their adventures, and we all know that. The stories always go around Harry’s need to save the day. Is it because of his fame? Or just because he is slightly pushed towards those dangers?

I liked this story a lot. I was at some point cursing because I think it is impossible to find out that the monster in the chamber was a basilisk… It makes sense after all because it is a snake… and only Harry could hear it… but with the Hagrid’s roosters killed and the petrification… like… really? There was no way to know that the monster was a basilisk. I just did some quick “research” about this mythological beast, and yes, some is true, but it is either way too hidden to find out that it was a basilisk or I am just not too informed on this topic…
