The premise of this book really intrigued me, but I didn’t realize it was romance. I feel like it would have been more interesting as a thriller or mystery or even dystopian, with a side plot of romance.
That being said, I did enjoy the first third. But it did start to slow down and drag on a bit halfway through.
Extra points for being queer, love that.
