Urgh! I so wanted to love this book, but the truth is... I just, didn't. I don't know whether it's because I found June so unlikeable as a character but it was really difficult to connect with her as a human being, and understand her thoughts and actions. Also, the way she justifies everything she does infuriates me. And don't even get me started on when June called Taylor Swift a "white supremacist Barbie"... that in itself had me FURIOUS and instantly knocked a star off the overall rating.
