This is a solid guide to starting a bullet journal. I have already been keeping a bullet journal for years, so for me, it was less informative and more of an interest read. My favorite sections were those about creating room and space in our busy lives to grow into the people that we want to become. There is something here for anyone who wants to begin a bullet journal, or use their current bullet journal to cultivate a more meaningful life.
