This did not disappoint. King of Wrath was my first Ana Huang book - and actually my first in this genre - as I’m trying to get back into reading. I figured I might like it, but I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much - to the point of reading it in one sitting.

The characters are well written and go through significant development, which was really satisfying to witness. The storyline was engaging, and although the ending was a little predictable, it was still very enjoyable. I might have been in my ovulation week, but I even ended up crying…

Also, I may have developed a slight crush on Dante. A cold and ruthless man slowly revealing a soft side? Say no more - I’m hooked and now convinced I need someone exactly like him.

I couldn’t imagine a better way to get into Ana Huang’s books - or into this genre in general.

Overall: 5/5. I absolutely loved it.
