A wonderful retelling of Poe's Fall of the House of Usher. The story was wonderfully eerie and had just a touch of Kingfishers whimsy. If you like A House with Good Bones and a Sorcerer Comes to Call I think you will enjoy this book. And if you're looking for a quick read beside a cozy fire, this is a great book for the fall season.
