Okay, this is how romance should be done. Quick, fast-paced, no dull moments. Just my right cup of tea!!

I have always been hesitant to try reading romance books but I’m definitely glad that I grabbed this one. The characters are lovable, the plot is intriguing, and I am just amazed how all of that story could fit in this book. It’s an art.

I have to say that I really loved the main girl. Like she could be so tough but at the same time fragile and could actually express her emotions. And people, that’s what we call LAYERS.

And I’m glad that Jack’s character is not the stereotypical one. I love that he’s not snobbish and is actually a piece of sunshine.

If you’re looking for a sign to read this book, THIS IS IT! And this is coming from someone who hates 9 out 10 romance book that she reads.

Why is it not five stars? I do think that the last act of this book is a bit unnecessary. I think those pages could’ve been used to just simmer the romance and deepen their connection.

But all in all, it was pretty good.

I’ll definitely be watching out for this author ✨
