This is a really good high fantasy book with a focus on a flawed protagonist. The world building is amazing, especially how the author uses quotes and folk tales at the beginning of the chapters to relate to the plot. The main character is incredibly flawed, but the bulk of the narrative is from her POV so you get a lot of explanation (not justification, though) for her actions. Definitely read if you enjoy strong world building, a good magic system, and flawed characters.
