I loved this book so much. The way it's written is so beautiful, the language and the way Imogen describes things is so profound and relatable. I loved the character of Imogen. It was difficult to see her struggle and be treated so badly by one of her friends which made her think she was so queerphobic and didn't fit into the community. There is a really diverse cast of queer characters and the story dips into everyone's experiences and highlights the differences in everyone's queer experience. Whilst it is a light-hearted novel for the most part, the author does delve into important issues and controversy relating to the queer community.
Moderate: Biphobia, Toxic friendship
Minor: Lesbophobia
