This was stunning! What a wonderful romantasy with an excellent balance of world building, intricate magic systems and romance. Rhya is saved by mercenary Commander Scythe. But when her savior turns captor, Rhya discovers a power within her. As their journey continues, Rhya uncovers more of the mystery tied to her power and secrets become revealed along the way. I’m thrilled that this is a series, I’m looking forward to continuing the journey and seeing how the world and magical elements expand.
