It took me a while to get into this book and even when I did, there were a few things that I just didn't enjoy. I didn't connect with the author's writing style and the problems in the book were repetitive. I did enjoy how the author depicted the relationships between the best friends though, and how it showed how much they depended on and loved each other.

The story was interesting and I did want to know what would happen when their relationship was found out (I kinda wish there was more drama, it just seemed weirdly chill). I did find out the age gap troupe isn't for me but if it's for you and you enjoy troupes such as forced proximately, secret relationships, miscommunication/lack of communication, and best friend's parent,  I'm sure you'd enjoy this book.
