This was a heart-breaking, heart-warming and soul affirming collection of letters and responses by Sugar. It must have been hard work responding to these letter, because her replies, which are full of honesty and wisdom, show the multiple lives and lessons she's learnt throughout the years. I'm so glad I chose to listen to the audiobook over reading the book, because Strayed's voice is too familiar (thanks to the Dear Sugars podcast) for me not to have her read the book in my ears. Also, I think it would have gotten tiring reading letter after letter, wrought with REAL life struggles. I'll be listening to this (audio)book again and again and again. <3
