This book is fabulous! I read a lot of WWII books and this one is on my favorites list now. I will reread it again in the future.
The author described everyone in the book so wonderfully that I felt like they were real people. My heart broke for them while I was reading.
Life got in the way and I actually didn't start reading the book until 2 days ago. I could not put it down! I wish I had made time for it in the past month.
I am grateful for having had this chance to enjoy and savor every word. I love everyone in the book (except for the Nazi's of course). What a fantastic, heart-wrenching story. I love it!
