All in all this was a phenomenal story and series. Having said that, I thought the ending to this all was a bit disjointed.
They never explain what happened to Noah's father after the warehouse when he left to go save Daniel after he thought Mara was dead but then everyone goes skipping off into the sunset.
Aren't they worried, at all, about if/when he returns to continue his evil doings?
It just wasn't a concise and clear ending but, despite that, I did enjoy the series. It was a very different and new storyline with well written characters that were easy to love or hate appropriately, it kept you guessing and it made all the feels happen.
I would definitely recommend this series to all.
