The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager
adventurous
dark
mysterious
tense
fast-paced
4.5
I have never really wanted to go to summer camp, but this made me long for a lake to read this by. I kept envisioning a twisted version of the Parent Trap camp (the Lindsay Lohan version, of course; I now have the strongest craving for peanut butter and oreos).
Sager's final twists are consistently the cherry on top - always additive. So far (3 books in for now) there's not one I'm mad at, where for other thrillers that last little bit has almost ruined the rest of it (looking at you, The Chateau, mon cherie).
