Una premisa interesante, pero no tan emocionante al leerla. Desde “The Silent Patient”, me volví fan de este autor y creo que la barra estaba muy alta. Su forma de narrar y profundizar en los temas psicológicos me encantaron en esta historia. En esta ocasión, unida a la tragedia griega y se desborda la creatividad en esa unión. Sin embargo, sentí que se estiró mucho el “thriller”, algunos cabos quedaron sueltos o de más, para luego concluirlo de manera precipitada en cuestión de páginas. No me siento desilusionado, el potencial sigue estando vigente y el mundo que él está creado me tiene curioso sobre lo que viene luego.

An interesting premise, but not too exciting while I read it. Since “The Silent Patient”, I became a fan of this author and I think the bar was very high. I loved his way of narrating and delving into psychological themes in this story. On this occasion, united with Greek tragedy and creativity overflows in that union. However, I felt that the “thriller” was stretched too much, some ends were left loose or very unnecessaries, and then concluded hastily in a matter of pages. I don't feel disappointed, the potential is still there and the world building that he’s creating has me curious about what comes next.
