The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot

5.0

I downloaded the audiobook, because I needed a new commuting audiobook, and then when I got home I borrowed the ebook from the library, because there was no way I was waiting two days to continue this book.

And now I am in the market for another commuting audiobook, heh.

I am so grateful to Ms. Skloot for telling this family's story honestly and respectfully. Reading it has left a great knot of feelings in my chest that I have not yet fully processed.
