Hush, Hush
by Becca Fitzpatrick
I love paranormal teen romance novels... Becca Fitzpatrick has set the bar for impressive and beautiful storytelling. Hush, Hush fun and intuitive, witty and flustering. Patch, of course, is the alluring bad boy any (16 year old) girl wants, and Nora Grey is the relatable and likable protagonist. I have to admit there are severe similarities in plot with Twilight, some that are even cringe-worthy, but Fitzpatrick's novel succeeds and exploits only the best. Fallen angels and nephilim are wicked cool, and an interesting difference than the typical vampire or werewolf fantasy. There is intensity and drama, and the characters, VEE SKY, are awesome. This is a must-read if you're into paranormal teen romances.
