My rating of 3 seems a bit harsh so I’d say honestly more like 3.5. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t life changing either. I appreciated the truth bombs included and I took several important things to know and live out, but it felt like all of the important stuff was surrounded by fluff. Likely a better read for mothers rather than college students but there’s good truth in it.
