This book definitely wasn't for me. The whole thing is a gimmick that gets tiresome after only a few pages but goes on and on and on and on until long after the point where it should have ended. I usually don't finish reading (and so don't rate) books I think I'd give less than three stars, but I kept hoping this one would get better. Unfortunately, it didn't. Although I usually love Barker's work, I don't recommend this one.
