The target audience for this book is middle graders, but nonetheless it was a cute read, even for someone my age. This story had charming characters, multiple perspectives, and effortlessly pulls you into a magical world.
Evan's hometown hasn't had a library since a fire took the original one, so when a little free library appears in his town, he grabs two books. Evan and his best friend (Rafe) discover a link between the books and the library fire. Evan is determined to get the answers.
Ohh, and there's a ghost librarian and a polydactyl cat! Super fun read!
