This was a fun read! I see what everyone was talking about. This could have been a five star read for me butttt.. the beginning was a little hard for me to get into. It was just a little too slow for me?? I don't know, but the way some people were talking about it, I was expecting a little more from the beginning. And the ending.. Look, I enjoyed the ending a lot. Like I'm so hype for the next book. But the ending wasn't original and that's completely fine! It's just that endings like this one don't have much of an impact on me anymore. It was still 100% enjoyable, I just find it too common.
But other than that, I was obsessed. I loved the second half a lot. I loved the dynamic of the characters and the action at the end. Ren, Carrion and Fisher carried!!! And King Fisher himself *Chef's kiss*
