I really liked the whole idea of gods and Atlantis but from the second book, everything became more confusing and a bit too much.
I spent 3 days trying to finish this book because I found it too boring. There's only one time jump but from the middle of the book, the author began to lengthen and lengthen the story with unnecessary details. I skimmed a lot of pages. The sex scenes weren't needed.
Connor was the Billy (Stranger Things minus the abusive personality) of this series. A character only created, not liked by the reader, to become the sacrificial lamb of the story because the author didn't want to kill any of the main characters. I hated that.
Sonaris didn't have any purpose in the books. His death was so anti-climactic. All the Gods weren't that interesting really. Disappointing.
