The Broken Window by Jeffery Deaver
4.0
Oh, hey, you know identity theft? And how it's all creepy and horrible to think about how someone could pretend to be you and get credit cards in your name and ruin your reputation forever? Ok, so multiply that feeling by 100--here's a psycho that doing this just for fun, and oh by the way--he's killing people too! Unbelievably creepy for the simple fact of how true it all probably is. I love this series, so I thought the book was great, but I will say that Deaver has fallen into a common plot-peeve of mine, which is too many points of view. It's usually Rhyme and crew and then then perp, but this one had just too many off shoots for my taste. But, if you love the Lincoln Rhyme series--or CSI or Bones for that matter-- I definitely recommend this one.
