While the character chemistry was great, and the relationship felt believable, I do think the author could have done with more showing and less telling. I think one more edit could have brought this down from 326 pages.

I found the resolution to Danny’s arc to be kind of rushed and messy, but that’s life so maybe it was an intentional choice on the authors part.

Overall I really loved it, read it in one go and I dont regret it.
