Forget Tomorrow by Pintip Dunn

3.0

So, James Cameon, when asked what the hardest part was to make Titanic, answered that the technical parts were no problem, but it was meshing the romance between Jack and Kate within such a huge, devastating, true story. Some people loved it, some didn't.

With Forget Tomorrow Dunn had the exact same challenge; her future Earth is a complicated plot centering around time paradoxes as well as complex teenage hormones. I found I was getting annoyed with Callie's infatuation with Logan; the balance between sci-fi and contemporary leaned too far to the romance side, and I would have much rather learned more about future memories and possible futures...

Would love to read the conclusion, but I kind of feel like Fred Savage in Princess Bride: is there going to be more kissing? Hopefully I won't mind by the end...
