An incredible book surrounding trans history. I have learned so much as a cis person reading the different ways trans, non-binary and different genders existed, how colonialism affected gender in non-Western countries, and how different cultures take on gender in their own way. I would highly recommend this to any cis person to see and understand history through a trans lense.
