The Lost Woman
by Sara Blaedel
This police procedural read was super quick and easy! Louise Rick is trying to solve a crime that Eik, her partner and boyfriend, seems to be involved in somehow. Eik filed a missing person report 18 years ago when his girlfriend disappeared. Now, there is more information on her disappearance.
The book also focuses heavily on the topic of Assisted Suicide, which I found very interesting as it’s not a topic you typically come across! The book asks genuinely important questions about it and also explains the steps that are taken to conduct assisted suicide while still making the book a fun and intriguing read!
I enjoyed this fictional book a lot! While being very informative, it was still a great read. No crazy plot twists - simply just a good ol’ Scandinavian whodunit.
