gotta love three badass girls getting revenge
Burn for Burn was such a fun and fast read and I found that I was on the edge of my seat throughout the story. The authors truly have a talent for making me simultaneously root for the girls in their quest for retaliation, while also making me feel guilty for what will soon be happening to the people they're retaliating against. Ngl there were so many times where I just wished the girls would put their revenge behind them purely because of how human their victims were at times. I love that all the characters, even the villains, were developed and not just caricatures of stereotypical mean girls/jocks, and I especially loved the Asian representation from my homegirl Lilia <3 This was an enjoyable read, but the ending was not what I was expected at all. I don't know if my heart could take anymore of the drama I'm sure is about to ensue in the rest of the series lol
