The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune

5.0

My drive time has been less over the summer, so this one took a little longer than I expected to finish. However, I'm glad I chose the audiobook for this specific title. The narration was excellent and brought so much to the characters. And what precious, endearing characters they are.

"The world is a weird and wonderful place. Why must we try and explain it all away?" This sweet story emphasizes valuing the uniqueness of each individual. It shows readers how to grow through open-mindedness and acceptance rather than an "us vs them" perspective.
