I didn't love nor hate this. It's my second time reading it and I did so due to the hype for the upcoming series. I also have to say, I was kind of swayed by all the twitter people loving this series but once I actually got to reading it, I felt like it was really not my thing as it is middle grade (trust me, I tried for 2 more books). It did make good background audiobook listening though. I do genuinely think anyone should just give it a go as it is very well liked, so me not loving it is really a personal thing.
