Did not finish book. Stopped at 23%.

i know this book was published in 2007 and as such, there can be some outdated ideas. that being said, i found the treatment of cam as "swarthy" and "dark" and "exotic" to be the full extent of his characterization, and it all felt too icky to enjoy.
