this was a slow but enjoyable read! i learned a lot about the multiple phone lines that ran in london for lesbians and other queer people during the 80s/90s. i liked the way the author weaves her own life into the context of the phone lines. she writes in an wonderfully intersectional way and i really appreciate that.
