Summer Secrets at Streamside Cottage by Samantha Tonge

This book wasn't quite what I was expecting. I won't speak much on the plot because the synopsis tells you as much as you need to know going in. Despite being unlike anything I expected it to be, and leaning into the whole mystery/secrets aspect more than I expected, it overall was not a bad book. Lizzie's struggles with her family and her conflicting feelings surrounding this were very relatable. It was a weirdly compelling book and as much as I wouldn't necessarily say I loved the book, I would recommend picking it up.
