I truly adored this book so so much!! The characters were complex, interesting and immediately hooked me - and I cared about them deeply by the end of the book. I thought that both their personal family lives were SO interesting, while being basically the polar opposite it also complemented the other person so well with their dynamic and background.
I LOVED the courtroom/lawer/legal setting of this book, I had never considered really anything about being a lawyer before especially a divorce lawyer (which clearly brought ALL the romcom vibes) I really enjoyed the entire plot of this book in addition to the characters and their personal journeys. I really want to read more legal (romcoms) now, and think its something super interesting to explore in this context. I really hope that Nate and Vera get their own book ASAP!!
