This book is kind of dry and took me a while to get through. It’s got a lot of research studies (interesting + scary) that might make you think everything bad in the world is due to lack of sleep. I kept pushing through — even when I was bored — because, throughout, I found useful tips and insights (and validation for some of my own theories and practices around sleep hygiene).
