“Don’t expect others to have the same kind of strength as you” — like i love this.

i loved this volume so much as we open up more about Tsubasa/WING and understand their gender and what they’re going through. I love that a lot of people just want to understand and educate themselves in order to be better allies for their friends and for their family members. we saw this a lot with the relationship between Tsubasa and their cousin Yutaka.

Not just that, we picked up from our HEAVY cliffhanger from volume two that had me on the edge of my seat. I was so worried about how Ryo would handle being outed. But since the progression from the first volume, he has gotten more comfortable in his skin and brave enough to be able to address his peers.

i love the accountability of all of the characters and of their faults and how complex they are. this series is turning into one of my all time favorites and i’m sad that vol 4 is the last one but excited to see how we end.
