A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson

5.0

Holy moly. This book was so so so good. A Good Girls Guide to murder is a fast paced, captivating, edge-of-your-seat read that was exactly what I needed. To be honest I was recommended this book a couple years ago and did not read it because I thought I wouldn't enjoy the writing and I was not into the mystery genre at the time. BOY do I wish I had read it back then lol.

The story follows Pip who investigates the town famous murder of Andie Bell, in order to get to the bottom of the case as she is doubtful it was committed by the person charged.

Pip is for sure a new favourite character I love her. All the characters in this book were written extremely well and none of them fell flat for me, and that continued into their relationships with each other and Pip. I also loved how full and fast the plot was, making the story incredibly captivating and intriguing. There was never a point of lag and I was never disappointed. Every part of the story hit right from the first chapter to the last, and it only gets better through the series (I'm writing this review late lol).

I can't wait for the show!!!!!!! Emma Myers my love is going to be amazing and every character was cast so well!!
