"If my life wasn't funny it would just be true, and that is unacceptable."
I have been meaning to read this book for years, and it did not disappoint. As someone who has experienced psychosis and going to a mental hospital, this book made me feel extremely seen. A quick and funny read, I love Carrie Fisher forever.
This book has some incredible quotes too so here are some other faves of mine:
"let's say something happens and rom a certain slant maybe it's tragic, even a little bit shocking. Then time passes and you go to the funny slant, and now that very same thing can no longer do you any harm."
