I think this book would have received more stars from me if it were a lot longer. I am not afraid of a long book, as, when done right, it means the pace of the story can be more natural and more suspense and anticipation can be built. When the story only spans about 3 days, it makes it much harder for me to buy how "in love" the couple really is. This would have been a great book if it took its time and spread the courtship over months, not days. As is, it's just a good book. That's harder to find than I'd like, so I'll take it!
