How on earth I could have bought this in April and forgot to read it is beyond me. But here we are in mid June and I have just stayed up all night reading this. It was worth it.
I was hooked from the beginning. I absolutely loved Evelyn and Casper; separate and together. I love characters full of loyalty, passion and gumption and I found them in spades here. There is nothing I would have done differently. This was a perfect book to me, and I so needed it for a 'lift-me-up' as it's 2020 and all Hell has broken loose.
Ms. Windsor really came through to give me a great love story with endearing, wonderful (some) side characters, humor, art, and a book with no filler or fluff. I cannot wait for the other characters' stories. I hope Prince gets one. Thank you Ms. Windsor for another great love story and drawing me out of my dark, sober mood!!
