Definitely surprised by the twist and enjoyed the tension in some chapters, but my God everyone is so unlikeable to the point where you can't even say "oh, what a great balance of deeply flawed characters, how realistic." You can't help but just be annoyed by how deeply annoying every single character is. But it's still dark academia, I guess?? And I'll always eat that shit up.
