The Murder on the Links
by Agatha Christie
Man was i out of the loop on this one. Just when i think i had it, i was lost again. Perhaps I am less the Poirot of my life and more the Captain Hastings.
Very good twists and turns, wonderful dialogue and clues in so many indiscernible ways that you look for clues yourself in the casual banter that surely means something.
For someone who reads into everything people say to her, its nice to see a book chocked so full of Chekhov's Guns, that its a validation of her neurotic behavior.
Or at least thats what ill tell myself.
Very good book, diving straight into another one shortly.
