Did not finish book. Stopped at 37%.
I was fooled by the fun name + cover art and seeing this book all over Instagram, not worth the read.
Very “girl wash your face” bootstraps-esque mantras that feel tone deaf to reality. Could have maybe overlooked the excessive “you’ve got this girl” moments if there was any new info when compared to other similar books. Read ‘Untamed’ if you want to feel best friend talking to you vibes, or ‘The Power of Ritual’ if you are looking for actual tips on self/life motivation. Or a Nora McInerny book if you want comedy + kinda sadness + life lessons. Or a Dolly Alderton book. Overall don’t read this one there is something better.
