This is the perfect Halloween romcom. It is sweet magical and pure fun. This is perfect for spooky season, the female main character is a potion Witch and the male main character is a vampire who is also the major of the Halloween district. The world is such a fun concept, all the major Hollidays have a district but cohabitat in the same big city so you don't only have Halloween characters, you also get to meet characters from Christmas and Valentin. 
It's a short novella and perfect to squeeze in between, I would definitely recommend!
