Review:
Bit disappointed in the end. The story was sometimes hard to follow. There also were some things that didn't add up.
But overall super cool and fun to read. Loved the characters the most!

I'm currently reading Red rising by Pierce Brown. This is the first book in the Red rising saga. I'm listening to the audiobook for a buddy read.
I'm loving this so far! I love the characters, the story, the worldbuilding, the writing. Just everything basically. I hope there isn't going to be a romance, because than this could be a perfect book for me.
In the end it wasn't perfect, but that wasn't because there was a romance (or wasn't, you will have to find out yourself). I did still really love a lot of aspects about this book, especially all of the characters. But it was sometimes also very hard to follow, because there were so many characters. It is especially difficult for me when I only have the audiobook to rely on. I also found some choices annoying in the book. One thing was that there wasn't any mention of time, which meant I kept wondering how many time passed since the beginning of the book. There was just one sentence that gave me something, but not enough. Overall a very good book, very fun to read and am definitely continuing with the rest of the series.
